Welcome to Kelantan and The Guest Residence (TGR) - Guesthouse and Private Vacation Rental Homes in Kelantan, also known as Hussin Palace.

TGR (KT0252746-T) offers a few houses and rooms for daily, weekly, and monthly rental. For long term rental, don't hesitate to contact us for more details.

Owned by a retired lecturer from University of Malaya and managed by us. A comfortable guesthouse located in Kota Bharu Kelantan which provides facilities such as kettle, television, fan or air-cond in rooms, free wide gated parking area, free additional bed and pillow and others. Our guest house provides friendly environment and surrounded by trees close to workshop and popular local restaurant makes your stay comfortable yet value for your money.

TGR is a guest house, not the same as hotel or resort with round-o-clock service. So if you are looking for hotel services you may opt for hotels rather than guest house.

We might not suitable for everyone, especially who are looking for:

  • luxurious accommodations
  • honeymooners or couple
We are suitable for:
  • family or families
  • small group
  • large group such as school trip or wedding trip
  • anyone who are not looking for a luxurious accommodation
Spoken language
Don't worry if you are not Malay spoken because either me or my father we can speak Malay, English, Arabic, Urdhu and Hindi.

Cancellation policy
Please inform us for any cancellation of reservation. We do not refund for no show. Cancellation on arrival will be charge at one night. Deposit is refundable for cancellation made 10 days prior to your arrival and for cancellation less than 10 days we refund at 50%.

Reservation will be held for 48 hours unless guarenteed by deposit.

Cooking
Some house have cooking facilities. About 2 minutes away from the house you can find many popular local restaurant. There are Nasi Sumatera Zahidah, Yati Ayam Percik, Restoren Arafah, Hafiz Curry House, Mamak Spicy, D'Bayam Restaurant, Mak Su Nab Nasi Air, Medan Ikan Bakar, Raja Ikan Bakar and so on and so forth.
