Q: When I submit an email, how long it will take to respond to my email? A: We respond to your email within 24 hours, but as you aware there might be server errors due to technical problem, we might not receive your email. If you do not receive feedback from us within 24 hours, please email back to us at atoqa@atoqacom.
Q: How many person can occupy the house? A: Due to most of our client are family trip, large group or families, we do not limit the number of occupancy. Normally, a house can occupy up to 15 person at one time.
Q: What type of house that you have? A: We have semi-D bungalow type and also a few units of bungalow in Kota Bharu Kelantan.
Q: Do you charge for additional bed and pillow? A: We do not charge for additional bed and pillow.
Q: Why there is no room services or why we do not receive room services as hotels such as security box or security guard? A: Because this is a private house rented out for daily vacation. Please do not expect high class services as hotels. If you are looking for a tip top amenities, you should choose hotels rather than guest house.
Q: How do I cancel my reservation Can I get back my deposit payment? A: You can cancel your reservation at any time by email, phone call, or short messaging system (sms). Yes, you can get back your deposit paid. Please inform us for any cancellation of payment. Cancellation on arrival will be charged at one night No refund for no show. Deposit is refundable in full for cancellation made at least 10 days prior to your arrival, for cancellation less than 10 days we refund at 50%
Q: How about walk in guest and walk in rate? A: At this moment we accept guest with reservation. Reservation shall be made at least a day before arrival. But if you need last minute deals, don't hesitate to contact me.
Q: We arrive earlier than 2:00 pm can we check in earlier? A: Yes you can check in earlier subject to availability.
